Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Baltimore, MD for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7am start) with weekly pay between $800 and $1000. This role involves a fast-paced, physical workload including loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, and housekeeping.

No college degree required; training provided; benefits after 60 days; travel opportunities on our team; high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload items, select products, and palletize as directed.
• Audit, repack, sort, and perform general housekeeping tasks.
• Support site leadership with assigned duties in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
