Job summary

Capstone Logistics is hiring for an evening Warehouse Unloader in Winthrop, ME. This full‑time, on‑site role pays $800–$1,200+ per week with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekly pay. You will unload freight, move items to warehouse areas, and build pallets, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

The job is physical and fast‑paced; employees stay on their feet, lift 25–75 lbs, and collaborate to complete each shift. Training is provided and benefits start after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to work evenings, Monday–Friday.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Team-oriented with safety emphasis.
• Experience in warehouse unloading is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Unload boxes, cases, and freight from trailers.
• Move products from dock to designated warehouse areas.
• Sort and organize freight as it comes off the trailer.
• Build stable pallets and prep freight for next steps.
• Keep dock area clean and free of hazards.
• Work with teammates to meet shift workload.
• Follow site safety requirements and leadership instructions.

Capstone Logistics is looking for dependable people to join our Winthrop warehouse team. This is a Monday–Friday position with weekly pay and the opportunity to earn $800–$1,200+ per week.

If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your work at the end of each shift, this is a great opportunity to get started in logistics.

YOUR ROLE

You'll be part of the team responsible for getting incoming freight off trailers and into the warehouse safely and efficiently. The work is physical and fast-moving, so you'll spend your shift on your feet handling freight rather than sitting at a desk.

You'll Spend Your Day

• Unloading boxes, cases, and other freight from trailers
• Moving products from the dock to designated warehouse areas
• Sorting and organizing freight as it comes off the trailer
• Building stable pallets and preparing freight for the next stage of the operation
• Lifting and carrying products weighing approximately 25–75 lbs
• Using proper lifting and handling techniques to protect yourself and the freight
• Keeping the dock and work area clean and free of hazards
• Working with teammates to keep freight moving and complete the shift's workload
• Following site safety requirements and instructions from warehouse leadership
