Job summary

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Unloaders to join our warehouse teams in Valley City, OH. This physically active role offers weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities to advance within a national logistics provider.

You’ll unload shipments, organize products, and help keep docks clean and safe. The position emphasizes dependable attendance, teamwork, and the ability to lift 25–75 lbs repeatedly while working a Sunday–Thursday shift starting at 9:00am.

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable attendance.

• Comfortable performing physical work for an entire shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 25–75 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse, unloading, stocking, or freight experience is a plus.
• No prior warehouse experience? We are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Unload boxes, cases, and other freight from trailers.
• Move products from the dock to designated warehouse areas.
• Sort and organize freight as it comes off trailers.
• Build, stack, and wrap pallets.
• Lift and carry products weighing approximately 25–75 lbs.
• Use safe lifting and material-handling techniques.
• Keep the dock and work areas clean and organized.
• Work with teammates to complete daily production goals.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and site guidelines.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

THE ROLE

As a Warehouse Unloader, you’ll help keep freight moving by unloading incoming shipments and getting products organized and safely into the warehouse. This is a hands-on, physical position where you’ll be on your feet and moving throughout the shift.
