Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Unloader for the 3rd shift in Mechanicsville, VA. The role involves loading and unloading shipments both by hand and with equipment, paid by the truck, with weekly earnings potential from $900 to $1,000+ per week.

Candidates should be energetic, able to perform physically demanding tasks, and willing to train. Pre-employment drug tests and background checks are required; 18+ and ready to join our high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic with a strong work ethic and fast-paced, physically demanding work.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25–75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload by hand and with equipment; pay is production-based.
• Work the 3rd shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 pm until work is finished.
• Earn based on truck throughput; the harder you work, the more you can earn.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
• All candidates should be over the age of 18 and will have to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check
