Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Savannah, GA. The role includes loading, unloading, selecting, and palletizing goods in a fast-paced warehouse environment on the 1st shift (6:00 AM until finish). Weekly pay and safety-oriented culture are emphasized.

Ideal candidates are high-energy, able to lift 25–75 lbs, and willing to train if needed. Benefits begin after 60 days, with opportunities for internal growth and travel across sites as part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials; select items for shipments.
• Audit, repack, sort, palletize, and clean up; maintain housekeeping.
• Follow site leadership directions and safety guidelines.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
