Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate in Disputana, VA. The position involves a fast-paced, physically demanding workload including loading, unloading, picking, palletizing, and related duties across multiple warehouse operations.

This role offers weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for internal promotion as the company rewards high performance and teamwork. Training is provided for the right candidate, with travel within our sites possible.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced and very physical.
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload items; select, palletize, and sort goods as directed.
• Audit and repack freight; assist with housekeeping and site duties as assigned.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements
