Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Pocomoke City, MD to perform a variety of tasks including loading, unloading, picking, auditing, repacking, sorting, and palletizing. The role requires a high-energy individual ready for a fast-paced, physical environment and offers weekly pay and training opportunities.

Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but Capstone is willing to train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, physical warehouse work.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience preferred; training available.
• Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load items and move pallets as assigned.
• Select, sort, audit, repack, and palletize goods.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow site leadership directions.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
