You will rebuild the personnel structure, implement SOPs, manage budgets, and collaborate with Sales to meet customer needs while enhancing safety and productivity for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business and 2+ years in warehouse/ops management, or 6+ years in direct warehouse/logistics.
• Proven leadership in stabilizing chaotic logistics environments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and operational analytics.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild Culture & Morale: shift climate from stressful to supportive with transparent leadership.
• Drastically Reduce Turnover: diagnose churn and implement retention and onboarding strategies.
• Optimize Facility Layout & Flow: audit bottlenecks and improve product movement.
• Standardize Operating Discipline: implement SOPs, safety protocols, and productivity standards.
• Develop Floor Leadership: mentor shift supervisors and conduct regular reviews.
• Financial & Project Management: manage budgets and capital plans; oversee fleet/maintenance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Sales to meet customer needs and restore vendor confidence.
