Job summary

Dexter is seeking a Warehouse Worker to perform a variety of distribution tasks at our Missouri facility. The role involves RF/RFI scanning, picking, packing, receiving, and shipping activities to maintain accurate inventory and efficient workflow.

You will operate pallet jacks and be part of a safety-focused team in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have prior warehouse experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are comfortable using WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer or WMS familiarity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF/RFI gun to scan, track, and verify product movement throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders according to company standards.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Ensure correct labeling, documentation, and scanning of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by staging, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling products.
• Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Organize stock in assigned warehouse locations, ensuring clean and efficient workspace flow.
