Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Day Shift Trainer in Maryland to deliver structured training across our warehouse operations. You’ll present, facilitate and tailor programs to boost employee skills and safety.

The role requires knowledge of adult learning principles, solid Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to lift 10–50 lbs. You’ll schedule classes, track progress and inform management on program status, contributing to efficient, compliant daily logistics.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and adult training methodologies.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to lift 10 to 25 lbs on a regular basis, and up to 50 lbs on an infrequent basis.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• At a minimum, you’ll need: Knowledge of adult learning principles and adult training methodologies
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to lift 10 to 25 lbs. on a regular basis, and up to 50 lbs. on an infrequent basis

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or Training
• Professional training certification
• 2 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year in a training role
