Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience training in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proficiency with powered equipment training (forklifts, pallet jacks) and safety programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead orientation and coordinate training schedules.
• Facilitate on-the-job training for new and current warehouse associates.
• Train safety procedures and PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) operations.
• Audit training quality and ensure SOP adherence.
• Track training status and report to Operations Manager.
• Provide recertification training and mentorship to staff.
