HODGE is seeking a skilled Trainer to deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training for warehouse staff in our Iowa facility. You will lead engaging sessions across hands-on, classroom, and digital platforms, while tracking certifications and progress to support performance improvements.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, a deep understanding of warehouse operations, and a passion for employee development, with forklift certification and proficiency in training software.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations and training.
• Proven knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
• Ability to tailor training to different learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive onboarding training for new warehouse employees.
• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions using hands-on, classroom, and digital methods.
• Assess skills and performance to identify development needs.

• Maintain detailed records of training sessions, progress, and certifications.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and evolving warehouse technologies.
• Collect feedback from trainees and supervisors to improve programs.
• Be available across all shifts, including weekends when needed.
