Job summary

HODGE is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely handle unloading, loading, and movement of materials throughout the warehouse. You will operate forklifts, conduct pre-operational checks, and ensure accurate inventory records while communicating effectively with peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to safety-first practices in a warehouse.
• Basic proficiency with warehouse management software and MS Office.
• Experience with or willingness to learn material handling equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years old to operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload materials and secure products for storage or production.
• Maintain accurate inventory through movements and records.
• Communicate clearly with team and leadership on material status.
• Uphold safety policies and promote a safety-first culture.
