Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Perris, CA. This part-time role involves moving furniture and parcels, leveraging scanners and handheld devices, and ensuring safe, fast order processing. You’ll work across Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Returns with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Ideal candidates read and comprehend English, can lift 75+ lbs, and have basic computer skills. Warehouse experience is preferred; HS diploma or GED is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, move, and handle furniture and inventory up to 75+ lbs unassisted.
• Reading and understanding English for safety and instructions.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics preferred; High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and move large items and inventory across warehouse zones.
• Use scanners and handheld devices to track inventory and locations.
• Perform quality checks, labeling, repackaging, and basic preparation for shipping.
• Maintain clean, organized work area following safety procedures (5S).
