Job summary

URBN is seeking a warehouse Clerk in Gap, PA to support the Leadership Team with day-to-day operations, monitor productivity, and ensure SLAs are met. You will follow instructions from Supervisors, handle department tasks, and communicate clearly with teammates.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and employee discounts. The role requires at least a high school diploma and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attendance and overtime flexibility as required.
• Follow instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Leadership Team with day-to-day functions in assigned department.
• Monitor productivity and communicate adjustments in departmental processes.
• Flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities.
• Provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met.
• Maintain high level, proactive communication utilizing radios and emails.
• Perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
• Work with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management.
