Job summary

URBN in Gap, Pennsylvania is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator to support a 7-day operation on a Wednesday to Saturday shift from 6 AM to 4:30 PM. This role is based in the warehouse facility handling large furniture shipped across North America.

You will operate scanners and forklifts, work as part of a team, follow work instructions, and help ensure accurate, timely orders while maintaining safety and quality standards in a busy distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED a plus.
• Warehousing or manufacturing experience a plus.
• Forklift or heavy machinery experience a plus.
• Operate RF scanners and department technology (desktops/touchscreens).
• Maintain acceptable attendance; overtime as required.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
