• Three years of warehouse distribution experience preferred.
• One year supervisory or lead experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organization, prioritization, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proven leadership and training skills; able to work with all management levels.
• Flexibility to work hours based on business needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities within assigned areas such as shipping, receiving, selection, loading and storage.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve distribution center issues.
• Schedule and assign workload to associates to maintain productivity and service levels.
• Maintain KPI reporting and ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and distribution procedures.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and report issues.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to staff.
• Support staffing, training, performance management and career development.
