• Provide training for individual or group settings to new hires as well as tenured employees.
• Possess excellent communication skills and ability to explain tasks to others.
• Assist with new hire orientation, onboarding processes, and safety compliance.
• Monitor and report on training, productivity, and accuracy of new hires.
• Ensure new hire, re‑training, and cross‑training are completed per SOPs and work instructions.
• Deliver PIT certifications and evaluations.
• Uphold a respectful workplace environment while encouraging team collaboration.
• Support all other duties as assigned by operational leadership or as business requires.
• Able to operate department‑specific technology to execute and train on job tasks (i.e. RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens).
