Summary: As the Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to ensure that our warehouse employees perform their duties efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of warehouse operations, be an effective communicator, and have a passion for employee development.

Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items.

New Employee Orientation: Conduct comprehensive onboarding training for new warehouse employees to introduce them to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions using various methods, such as hands-on training, classroom instruction, and digital tools.

Skills Assessment: Assess the skills and performance of warehouse employees to identify areas for improvement and development.

Safety Compliance: Ensure that all training content emphasizes safety regulations and compliance, and that employees are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of training sessions, employee progress, and certification records.

Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry best practices and evolving warehouse technologies to continually improve and update training materials.

Feedback and Evaluation: Collect feedback from trainees and supervisors to make necessary adjustments to training programs.

Shift Flexibility: Be available and adaptable to accommodate training needs across all shifts, including weekends if necessary.
