Job summary

Lanter Delivery System is seeking a Terminal Manager in Manchester, PA to oversee dock operations and ensure on-time, error-free freight while maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, apply our non-negotiables daily, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. This full-time role requires 45 hours/week with potential night or Saturday shifts and up to 25% travel.

• Ability to operate a forklift effectively.
• Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Display a positive attitude and provide courteous, responsive service to internal teams and external clients.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to improve performance.
• Oversee dock operations to ensure on-time, error-free freight and safety compliance.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
• Ensure carrier partners meet expectations for on-time deliveries and accuracy.
