Job summary

GritR Sports is seeking a Technical Operator to keep warehouse technology running on the floor, not behind a desk. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain robotics, printers, and workstations to minimize downtime and maintain smooth shipping, receiving, and inventory flows.

You will collaborate with remote SysOps and Operations leadership, ensuring rapid restores during downtime. This full-time role includes a competitive hourly wage and benefits, with weekend rotation and occasional

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support in a fast-paced warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience maintaining automation equipment/robotics and calibrating high-precision scale and dimensioning systems.
• Strong familiarity with rugged mobile devices, printers, workstations, and CCTV hardware.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and calibrate automated machinery and robotics; perform routine maintenance.
• Deploy, configure, and repair warehouse workstations, rugged tablets, and wearables.
• Maintain and service industrial Zebra printers for labels and packing slips.
• Support CCTV cameras and security hardware, coordinating with vendors or remote teams as needed.
• Assist with physical network infrastructure, switches, cabling, and mounting access points.
• Manage local IT inventory to enable quick “hot-swaps” on the floor.
