Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support or desktop support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong familiarity with rugged mobile devices and thermal printers.
• Solid understanding of physical network cabling and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and repair retail/warehouse workstations.
• Maintain and clean industrial thermal Zebra printers.
• Support CCTV and security systems functionality.
• Assist with physical network infrastructure for remote SysOps.
• Manage local IT inventory for immediate hot-swaps.
