TW Metals, LLC. is seeking an Operations employee with a general focus on all operations activities in a warehouse setting. Responsibilities include material handling, order fulfillment, verification, machine operation, and general operations support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Ability to learn and safely operate powered industrial equipment and cutting equipment.
• Proficient in reading tape measures, micrometers, and other measuring devices.
• Ability to perform basic math functions using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to learn and navigate an ERP system.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and apply logical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Material Handling & Staging: Safely prepare, stage, and organize materials for distribution, including deburring, packing, receiving, and shipping.
• Order Fulfillment: Pull materials from stock and accurately fill sales orders.
• Verification & Documentation: Confirm material specifications, quality, quantity, dimensions, and tolerances; record information in ERP system or job tickets.
• Machine Operation: Operate cutting equipment such as Chop Saw, Band Saw, Plate Saw, Shear Machine, Waterjet, and Laser Machine to process materials per work orders.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, side loader, Combilift, overhead crane and order pickers) to move and stage materials.
• Quality & Safety: Follow all safety protocols and maintain quality standards during material handling and machine operation.
