Job summary

TestEquity LLC is seeking a Warehouse Technician I to perform order pulling, receiving, shipping, packaging, labeling, and inventory tracking. The role requires adherence to safety standards and compliance with HazMat, DOT, and ISO quality procedures, with a focus on accurate and timely processing.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years warehousing experience, TWL/WMS familiarity, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years warehousing experience in industrial, semiconductor, or distribution.
• WMS experience (TWL with RF gun preferred).
• 2+ years inventory processing, cycle counting and reconciliation.
• HazMat Certification or willing to complete training within 90 days of hire.
• May require a valid drivers license and DMV checks.
• Computer literacy: MS Word and Outlook; knowledge of shipping/receiving software.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders and handle receiving, shipping, packaging, labeling, and inventory tracking.
• Prepare freight bills and monitor accuracy of completion.
• Coordinate with freight carriers for on-time, safe delivery.
• Ensure orders ship to correct customer location and minimize spills.
• Monitor bin locations, shelf life, FIFO, and cycle counts.
• Maintain forklift certification and comply with HazMat/DOT/IATA if applicable.
• Adhere to ISO quality assurance and warehouse safety procedures.
• Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
