Responsibilities include loading outgoing orders, maintaining an organized environment, managing inventory rotations, and collaborating with the team to uphold the company’s team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Forklift Operator certification required.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another second language.
• Knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety regulations.
• Safety audits and training experience.
• Adaptable to changing environments and challenges.
• Basic computer skills and math for counts.
• Strong time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload shipments; log and store materials.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks; ensure proper handling and timely delivery.
• Maintain organized warehouse; yard and office upkeep; uphold safety and efficiency.
• Manage inventory; rotate stock; report discrepancies or damaged items.
• Collaborate with team to promote a cooperative, 'team-first' culture.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
