Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift Operator certification preferred.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.
• Proficient with inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Safety audits and training experience.
• Adaptable to changing environments and challenges.
• Basic computer skills and math for inventory counts.
• Effective time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks with correct documentation.
• Maintain organized, clean warehouse and yard; ensure safety.
• Distribute materials to storage areas and rotate stock.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a productive environment.
• Operate forklifts and equipment safely per guidelines.
