Job summary

SRS Building Products - Springfield is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Springfield, MO to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of building materials. You will ensure accurate logging, safe handling, and timely loading of outgoing orders while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.

The role requires physical work, ability to lift up to 100 lbs., and comfort with electronics and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders; log and store materials.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks; ensure accurate documentation and schedules.
• Maintain organized warehouse and yard; uphold safety and efficiency.
• Distribute materials to storage areas; perform stock rotations and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold a team-first culture and productive environment.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
