HERD in Rogers, MN is seeking a Warehouse Technician to ensure accurate material flow in a fast-paced facility. You will verify incoming shipments, label and store inventory, and prepare customer orders. The role requires forklift experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips; label and store inventory in designated locations
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks; assist with reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation
• Load and unload trailers, flat decks, and shipments safely and efficiently
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Organize and maintain warehouse layout to support efficient workflow and space utilization
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and update systems in real time
• Read and interpret assembly instructions and product specifications; assemble components as required
• Test and troubleshoot products to identify and resolve defects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
