Job summary

XPDEL, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Rogers, MN to move, locate, and store materials using forklift or powered equipment. The role requires a team player with prior warehouse experience and a commitment to safety.

You will operate certified equipment, pick and pack orders, complete paperwork, restock, and assist with freight pickups. A high school diploma and forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; three years of relevant warehouse experience required.
• Current forklift certification or ability to certify within 30 days.
• Able to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds alone and greater weights in a team-lift environment.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of all power-operated equipment requiring certification.
• Accurately pick and pack items for shipment, potentially with a forklift.
• Complete required paperwork and project time-tracking documentation.
• Ensure items not needed short term are restocked according to procedures.
• Assist with contacting freight couriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
• Label and prepare items for shipment and load/unload trucks as needed.
• Update the Warehouse Management system with transactions.
• Perform daily safety checklist and battery charging procedures.
• Assist team members in meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Update supervisor and team lead on issues or concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm OR 4:00 pm - 12:30 am

Role Summary
