Job summary

HERD North America Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Technician in Rogers, MN. This full-time, permanent position focuses on accurate material flow, inventory control, and safe handling in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a must.
• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment is an asset.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips; label and store inventory in designated locations.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks; assist with reconciliations and discrepancy resolution.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Load and unload trailers, flat decks, and shipments safely and efficiently.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Organize and maintain warehouse layout to support efficient workflow and space utilization.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and update systems in real time.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions and product specifications; assemble components as required.
• Test and troubleshoot products to identify and resolve defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
