Job summary

Grover Gaming, now part of Light & Wonder, seeks a Warehouse Technician to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and basic servicing of electronic gaming machines.

The role involves cycle counting, processing shipments and RMAs, troubleshooting EGMs with diagnostic tools, and safely moving materials using forklifts and handcarts. Strong problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Warehouse Technician or Warehouse Associate.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain inventory through cycle counting.
• Document and track RMA requests, repairs, and replacements.
• Manage shipment and receipt of products for internal and external customers.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of electronic gaming machines (EGMs) and repair components as needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or handcarts to move materials safely.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
