Job summary

Grover Gaming, now part of Light & Wonder, is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, RMA processing, and basic servicing of electronic gaming machines. This role helps ensure accurate tracking, movement, and maintenance of inventory while supporting internal teams and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a Warehouse Technician or Warehouse Associate.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain inventory of products through regular cycle counting.
• Accurately document and track RMA requests, repairs, and replacements.
• Manage the shipment and receipt of products for both internal and external customers.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of EGMs and repair or replace malfunctioning components as needed.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using various diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or handcarts to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
