Job summary

Grover Gaming, now part of Light & Wonder, is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and perform basic servicing of electronic gaming machines (EGMs). You will handle cycle counts, shipments, receipts, and document RMAs, while using diagnostic tools and operating material handling equipment.

The role requires at least two years of related experience, strong organization, and reliable communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Warehouse Technician or Warehouse Associate.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical card (non-CDL).

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain inventory of products through regular cycle counting.
• Accurately document and track RMA requests, repairs, and replacements.
• Manage the shipment and receipt of products for both internal and external customers.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of EGMs and repair or replace malfunctioning components as needed.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using various diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or handcarts to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
