Job summary

Grover Gaming, now part of Light & Wonder, is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support daily warehouse operations in Louisville, KY. You will manage inventory, cycle counts, and shipping/receiving while assisting with basic repairs on electronic gaming machines and component replacements.

Requirements include at least two years of warehouse experience, a valid driver’s license, and solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Warehouse Technician or Warehouse Associate.
• Proven time management and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain inventory of products through regular cycle counting.
• Accurately document and track RMA requests, repairs, and replacements.
• Manage the shipment and receipt of products for internal and external customers.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of EGMs and repair or replace malfunctioning components.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or handcarts to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
