Job summary

Grover Gaming, part of Light & Wonder, is seeking a Warehouse Technician in North Carolina to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and basic technical servicing of gaming equipment. You will track inventory, process shipments, and assist with repairs and RMA activity while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

The role requires a minimum of two years in a warehouse setting, valid driver’s license, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a warehouse role or similar setting.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating material-handling equipment and trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain inventory through regular cycle counts.
• Document and track RMA requests, repairs, and replacements.
• Manage shipments and receipts for internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot basic electronic gaming machines and replace malfunctioning components.
• Demonstrate proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or handcarts to move materials safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
