Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Office and Outlook).
• Computer and database application skills.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends or other irregular hours as required by business needs

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and reports on learning objectives.
• Meets milestones through proficiency and critical thinking.
• Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
• Travels within territory to learn from leaders and experienced Technicians.
