Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC in Philadelphia seeks a Production Technician to operate, maintain, and continuously improve production equipment and processes for safe, high-quality beverage manufacturing.

You will follow GMP and safety protocols, monitor lines, record batch and QC data, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering to resolve issues. The role requires at least 2 years in manufacturing and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating automated equipment preferred.
• Technical certifications in welding, PLC automation, electrical, plumbing, or automotive technology are a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor processing and packaging equipment, including filling, sealing, and inspection systems.
• Follow SOPs to ensure consistent, accurate, and efficient production.
• Monitor lines for deviations and resolve issues.
• Maintain complete production records (batch records, logs, QC docs).
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
