Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is seeking a System Maintenance Mechanic Specialist to repair and maintain equipment within our warehouse system. You will identify, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for automation equipment issues, and fill in for the Operations Supervisor as needed.

The role requires 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience and a strong mechanical/electrical aptitude. You will work nights or weekends as required, with the opportunity to contribute to safety and product

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of Industrial Maintenance experience required.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Office and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance, be alert for issues or conditions that may cause system difficulties.
• Generate, complete work orders, rebuild and fabricate parts if needed.
• Utilize menu driven software, troubleshoot system issues.
• Interface with the Vertique support team as required.
• Record and communicate system events that affect production, regularly.
• Monitor the palletizers to ensure a continuous operation.
• Monitor the case conveyor going into the palletizers to prevent issues.
• Lead others and inform pickers and forklift drivers when critical items need to be addressed.
• Respond to sequence check alarms and ensure sequencing is maintained as product flows.
• Protect the integrity and quality of product while adhering to policies.
