Job description

Prince Telecom is currently seeking an entry-level Warehouse Technician to join our team!

Hourly rate: $16-$20/hr (based on experience)

Type: Full-time

Hours: 1st shift

What you'll do:

1. Receive and unload incoming material, compare information on packing slips with purchase orders to verify shipment accuracy.
2. Sort, count, package, label, and unpack inventory.
3. Inspect shipments for damages, loss, or defects.
4. Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift for loading and unloading.
5. Stock shelves.
6. Pull spools/materials and distribute them to designated areas.
7. Prepare orders for shipment according to pick tickets and customer requirements.
8. Package and ship following packaging guidelines and accepted practices.
9. Provide accurate reports on receipt and distribution of materials.
10. Travel to other markets using company vehicle/box truck for delivery or pickup of materials (may be required).

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid Driver's License (required).
• Warehouse experience (preferred).
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various utility trucks and equipment safely.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and other objects of variable heights.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
