Aerotek in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Warehouse Technician for a contract role in a climate-controlled facility. The position involves bench assembly work with electronic components and standard hours from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Mon-Thu) and 6:30 a.m.

to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, with a 9/80 schedule and occasional overtime, especially Oct-Dec. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, with eligibility for benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance.

Work Environment

This position is based in a climate-controlled facility with a focus on bench assembly work involving electronic components. The standard schedule runs from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Fridays. The role follows a 9/80 schedule, with limited overtime currently, primarily every other week in alignment with that schedule. Additional hours, including some Saturday mornings, are expected to be available from October through December. Work is performed at assembly benches and in warehouse areas where inventory, shipping, and receiving activities take place, requiring appropriate work attire suitable for a production and warehouse environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
