Job summary

Panduit is hiring for a Warehouse Tech Sr position in Lockport, IL. You will unload and organize goods, perform voice picking or RF-based selection, and prepare shipments with attention to accuracy and safety.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year forklift experience. The role includes cross-training across departments and a stable evening shift in a modern, air-conditioned facility.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years warehousing experience; 1+ years forklift experience preferred.
• Physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload, sort, restock goods using pallet jacks or powered equipment.
• Picking: fulfill orders with voice picking tech or RF units maintaining accuracy.
• Pack/ship: verify quantities, build cartons, load material onto trailers.
• Training: cross-train in various departments with daily/weekly rotations.
