Job summary

Panduit in the United States is seeking a Production Operator to set up and operate manufacturing equipment, support 25% of production, and ensure accurate packaging and labeling.

You will train new team members, pursue continuous learning, and work to improve 5S processes while using Panduit Oracle for data and maintenance orders. Day shift available with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly acquire new skills and knowledge.
• Proficient in basic math, including calculators and measuring tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
