Responsibilities

• Monitor Oracle for system updates and packing schedule changes.
• Process raw material receipts meeting Panduit’s commercial requirements.
• Resolve discrepancies with warehouse technicians.
• Conduct stock checks and generate inventory reports.
• Drive process improvements using Plan-Do-Check-Act.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with customs compliance.
• Manage raw material transactions including returns and transfers.
• Notify departments of shortages or irregularities.
