Job summary

Panduit is seeking a Warehouse Tech Lead to manage Value-Added Services operations, including cable processing, kitting, relabeling, and customer-specific packaging. You will guide daily team activities, ensure quality and productivity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in warehouse roles, PIT experience, and familiarity with ERP systems. This on-site role in Indiana offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Leadership of daily warehouse activities and teams.
• Experience with value-added services like cable processing, kitting and relabeling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and MS Office.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• PIT operation across various forklift types and order pickers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and VAS operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory, receiving, restocks, cycle counts and packaging.
• Operate PIT equipment to load/unload and move goods safely.
• Train and develop staff, directing daily workloads toward KPI targets.
• Identify issues, reduce waste, and implement process improvements.
• Back up Warehouse Supervisor and coordinate daily work activities.
