Job summary

Panduit is seeking a Warehouse Tech for the night shift in the Chicago area. You will unload, sort, and restock goods, pick orders with RF devices, and pack shipments while rotating through departments. The role starts at $18.50/hr with a 20% evening/night differential, and includes full benefits.

Work hours are 11pm–7am, Wednesday to Sunday, with an air-conditioned workspace and opportunities for growth. Panduit is an Equal Opportunity Employer and requires in-person interviews.

What You Will Do

• Receiving: Unload, sort, restock, and organize goods using pallet jacks or powered industrial equipment.
• Picking: Fulfill orders with voice picking technology or RF units, maintaining accuracy and inventory.
• Pack/Ship: Verify and pack correct quantities, build cartons on pallets, and load material onto trailers.
• Training: Crosstrain in various departments with daily/weekly job rotation.

What You Will Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years of warehousing experience.
• Physical fitness: Lift up to 50 lbs., stand, handle, and reach at torso level for a majority of the day.
• Comfortable with basic computer/keyboard functions.
• Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality.
