Panduit is hiring a Maintenance Tech 1 to provide hands-on support for equipment, machinery, and facility systems. You’ll perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs, focusing on reliability and customer satisfaction to keep production moving.

The Maintenance Tech 1 delivers hands‑on technical support for equipment, machinery, tools, furniture, modular offices, and facility systems in low‑impact, non‑critical environments. This role ensures smooth daily operations by performing preventive maintenance and executing timely corrective repairs with basic troubleshooting expertise. Focused on reliability and customer satisfaction, the Maintenance Tech1 optimizes costs and resources while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
Key responsibilities include monitoring conveyor systems, serving as the first line of defense for tape machines and box machines, clearing jams, supporting the hospital lane, and acting as a vital liaison between operations and maintenance to keep production moving seamlessly.
