Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work area and common areas.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards.
• Communicate problems to Distribution Area Lead or Manager.
• Transport, load, and unload trailers using power equipment and manual methods.
• Read work orders to determine merchandise to be moved.
• Load/unload merchandise onto/off pallets, trays, racks, shelves by hand.
• Lift heavy objects by hand, team lifting, or with power equipment.
• Move merchandise to other DC areas as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance essential for performance.
• Demonstrate organization and time-management skills.
• Maintain speed and accuracy with minimal damage and maximum safety.
• Assist other department personnel during peak workloads or absences.
• Complete special projects as necessary.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
• Protect company assets and inform officials of fraud risk.
