Job summary

Do it Best Group in Milbank, SD is seeking a Warehouse Team Member for our distribution center. This full-time role offers a reliable day shift and weekly pay, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within logistics and fulfillment operations.

Qualified candidates will be trained to safely operate forklifts, tuggers and powered pallet jacks, with emphasis on teamwork, accuracy and efficiency in processing orders and supporting stock movement.

Qualifications

• Able to repeatedly lift items 40–45 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 80–100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull.
• Prepare for team lifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Milbank, SD distribution center on a full-time, long-term basis.
• Operate powered equipment after safety training (forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks).
• Support in product fulfillment and logistics tasks with the team.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $21/hr
• Opportunity to earn quarterly performance bonuses

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts

• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
