Warehouse Team Member

Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Milbank, SD distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shifts (Monday to Friday), healthcare, quarterly bonuses, generous company contributions toward retirement, and more.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in various logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks safely.

As a Do it Best team member, you can also expect:

• Earn up to $23.40/hr
  Wage depends on experience, starting from $17.20-$21.52 per hour with regular increases every 180 days.
  Eligible team members can earn an additional $0.65 - $1.88 per hour through quarterly performance bonuses.
• Regular weekday hours
• A drug-free work environment focused on safety
• Generous paid time off available after 60 days

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items weighing 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist with team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, and stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level, or above shoulders

We are currently expanding our team and seeking order fillers, shippers, receivers, forklift operators, and stockers.
