Job Responsibilities

The General Warehouse Worker completes orders by processing, loading, unloading cartons, and meeting departmental productivity standards.

Essential Job Functions

1. Perform tasks such as Put-away, Pulling, moving skids with forklifts, and using RF scanners.
2. Process inbound and outbound cartons, including labeling and inventory management with RF scanners.
3. Sort and place items on the sorter according to requirements.
4. Pack items into cartons, seal, and prepare for shipping.
5. Scale, label, audit, tape, and load cartons for shipment.
6. Unload and receive cartons, processing various types of receipts and moving cartons to designated areas.
7. Process returns (RMA).

Physical Demands

• Balance, bend, kneel, squat, reach.
• Regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Work in temperature-variable environments.

Education & Credentials

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years related warehouse experience.

Skills

• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred or willingness to learn.
